Please enroll the undersigned. I understand and accept the condition that the City of Cambridge nor anyone associated with Basic Baseball will assume any responsibility for accidents and medical or dental expenses incurred as a result of participation in the program. The applicant is in good health and able to participate in the physical activity of a vigorous program. In the event of injury or illness Basic Baseball has my permission to provide and/or seek medical care.

Price is $200 per session, two sessions for $375. Family plans are available. Enroll Now! Limited space available. Full payment is due four weeks before first week of camp.

Safety comes first at all times! Participants must stay within their stations.
Participants must be dropped off and picked up on time.
Participants should bring their own glove and proper clothing. The participant is responsible for his/her own equipment at all times.
Name calling is prohibited.
No Horseplay..
Clinic regulation must be adhered to at all times.
Failure to follow proper procedures will result in dismissal without refund.
